Reingold, a full-service marketing and communications firm in Alexandria, Virginia, is offering an outstanding opportunity for a hands-on paid media specialist to help manage paid media campaigns across a variety of channels. 

As a paid media specialist at Reingold, you will join an integrated team of cross-channel digital strategists and subject matter experts. You’ll also collaborate with a variety of project teams to deliver best-in-class digital campaigns for our clients.

This full-time position demands a versatile and reliable self-starter who has top-flight digital and communication skills and who consistently stays abreast of industry trends in media and marketing. Responsibilities include the following:   
  • Help set up and manage paid media campaigns across a variety of channels (e.g., search, social media, programmatic display, and video). 
  • Assist in developing comprehensive digital media plans and budgets to support campaign goals.  
  • Perform activities, including audience research and sizing, campaign setup (e.g., setting targeting and budgets), and ongoing basic pacing and optimization, with moderate supervision. 
  • Work with vendors to place, manage, and report on media content.  
  • Demonstrate proficiency with data analysis: Pull reports and start to identify insights to inform campaign optimizations. 
  • Work with the analytics team to define and implement measurement and tracking tools.  
This position requires the following qualifications and skills:    
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.  
  • At least two years of “hands-on-keyboard” experience setting up and managing paid media campaigns (experience that is unusual or distinctive can substitute for the two years of experience). 
  • Proficiency in one or more media buying platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads Manager, Twitter/X Ads Manager, The Trade Desk, Google DV360) and a desire to expand into new platforms. 
  • Excellent quantitative analytic skills and the ability to use Microsoft Excel to understand data coming from digital marketing platforms to make good decisions.
