It’s a great opportunity for a professional with a background in enterprise-level deployments for government and commercial clients to join our interdisciplinary team of developers, designers, and analysts.

  • Effective and engaging communication skills, both with clients and with internal teams.
  • Ability to work with clients to gather and document project requirements.
  • Effective and engaging communication skills in both internal and external (client-facing) settings.
  • Creative and analytical thinking skills, including the ability to anticipate and identify opportunities (and threats) and develop a plan to pursue (or avoid) them.
  • Strong experience in agile and Scrum practices at an agency, product company, or software development shop.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities.
  • Experience running projects within state and local government agencies or highly regulated industries.
  • Ability to obtain a security clearance.
Experience with web-based projects and with the Atlassian suite is a plus.

Responsibilities include the following:
  • Work with clients to gather and document project requirements.
  • Evaluate requirements and translate research findings into strategic recommendations for clients.
  • Manage day-to-day budgeting, task assignments, and communication with internal teams and the client.
  • Guide an interdisciplinary team (of designers, developers, and analysts) on agile and Scrum practices.
  • Help create a product backlog and shape user stories.
  • Work with the digital team to develop product road maps.
  • Support client product owners in prioritizing the product backlog.

OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026
Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
