What It Means to Be a Hybrid Digital Project Management/Content Strategist Intern

Do you ever find yourself looking at websites and thinking, "The writing is so unclear," or, "Why can't I find what I need?" Are you constantly looking for ways to improve how things are run? Do you have an eye for detail as well as a big-picture perspective? Are you energized by the idea of organizing complex information and making systems work better?

As a hybrid web content strategy and digital project management intern, you will sit at the intersection of two critical disciplines within our Digital Experience department. You'll help ensure our clients' websites are clear, usable, and well-organized — while also supporting the project management processes that keep complex digital work on track. This is not a technical role and no development experience is required, but you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including web developers, designers, user experience experts, writers, and digital optimization specialists, to ensure project and content success.

A core part of this role will involve supporting real, active client engagements — including hands-on work such as data entry, taxonomy development, process documentation, and testing and documentation updates for content management system integrations. You'll gain direct exposure to how digital tools and workflows come together to deliver web products at scale.
You will work with team members who are eager to help you learn valuable new skills and advance your career. We encourage go-getters and value interns who take the initiative in shaping their Reingold experience.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability
Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026
Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
