That's where you come in. We’re looking for a part-time (20 hour/week) Logistics and Fulfillment Program Manager to lead client-focused fulfillment projects, coordinate logistics solutions, and act as the main point of contact between our client-facing project teams and warehouse operations team. This role is less focused on traditional warehouse supervision and more on efficiently managing projects and ensuring that fulfillment solutions meet client expectations and business standards.
The Logistics & Fulfillment Project Manager is a part-time, hybrid role based across Reingold’s headquarters in Alexandria, VA, our warehouse in Savage, MD, and remote work. This position is expected to average approximately 5 hours per day. Time will generally be distributed across locations during the week (typically two days at HQ, two days at the warehouse, and one day remote), though the schedule may flex based on operational priorities. This position exists to ensure the seamless planning, coordination, and execution of logistics and fulfillment projects that directly support client delivery and internal project success. Serving as the primary bridge between project coordinators, warehouse operations, and external logistics partners, this role owns timelines, accuracy, efficiency, and continuous improvement across all fulfillment activities.
In this role, you lead end-to-end logistics projects—from kickoff through delivery—while developing and maintaining SOPs, managing documentation and budgets, and monitoring key performance metrics. You proactively solve problems, anticipate client and operational needs, and drive process improvements that enhance accuracy, safety, and the overall client experience. If you thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on warehouse environment, enjoy collaborating across teams, and take pride in operational excellence, this role offers the opportunity to make a visible, tangible impact every day.
Here’s the work you’ll do:

- Monitor and analyze key metrics (e.g., order accuracy, fulfillment speed, inventory accuracy, shipping costs) and report on performance
- Develop and implement process improvements for logistics operations, focusing on enhancing client experience and operational efficiency
- Manage project and warehouse documentation, timelines, budgets, monthly invoices and contracts
- Anticipate and proactively resolve issues related to orders, deliveries, or client accounts
- Conduct quality and maintenance checks on reusable event inventory (e.g. tablecloths, pens, tape) and coordinate with project teams to replace or dry-clean materials as needed
- Ensure all logistics activities comply with company policies, client requirements, and relevant regulations
This role is a good fit for someone with these qualifications, experience and skills:
